Beverly J. Mack was born in Olney, Illinois, on July 25, 1961, and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1989 and the Indiana Bar in 1996. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Ms. Mack obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1983, and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1989. Ms. Mack is a member of the LaPorte County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and is also a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the Defense Research Institute.
