Jaime M. Oss was born in LaPorte, Indiana, on August 31, 1978. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2000, and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2003.

Mrs. Oss was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2003. She was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
